Turning an Internship into a Global Career Path
Hsin-Yu, an average-performing student in her early years, seized the opportunity to intern at Inteplast Group in the U.S. during her junior year. This life-changing experience—her first time traveling abroad—sparked a new ambition to pursue advanced studies in America.
Upon returning to MCUT, Hsin-Yu dedicated herself to her academics and English proficiency. Her hard work paid off: her grades skyrocketed, and she achieved a TOEFL score of 91. This success paved the way for her to join the Dual Degree Program between MCUT and the University of Cincinnati. After earning her Master’s degree in December 2023, Hsin-Yu returned to the U.S. in March 2024 to begin a full-time career at Inteplast—the very same company where her journey began.
